This is a good shot Marty and, although I dont know much about portrait photography a few things do strike me.
Firstly I think your lighting set up could be better. The lighting has given definition tothe bottom of he left eye and to the left of that eye making her appear like she has bags under her eyes. Which either makes her look older than she is or sleep deprived. Also I think the lighting on her left arm could be a little better. I think the top could have been better because it makes her look like she doesnt have any legs for this particular angle, something that was tighter around the waist may have been better. I also find the framing a little tight, top and bottom, although I realise you are probably as high as you could get, maybe a wider angle?
What I like is the concept, the colours, the processing, the model and the hairstyle, so overall its a good job, just a few minor things to improve.
