Not sure what to think of this picture.

The colours in the picture fit perfectly together. All elements of a good picture are there.

I'm quite interested to know what the girl in the picture is taking a photograph off though... :-P So I feel like something is missing, although it also gives an interesting (perhaps even mysterious?) twist to the picture.

Overall a nice picture. :-)

she's taking a picture of the sea :) i thought you'd be able to tell because you can seee the sea in the background :P

True. :-) But for the one looking at this picture (without you saying anything about the picture), it is still uncertain. Maybe she is taking a picture of a sailboat, only the sea or something else. ;-)
